Massive congratulations to my client Tracy, she has lost an incredible 3 stone throughout 2017 whilst being limited with injury.
Tracy's fitness journey has been far from easy as she picked up a shoulder injury at the beginning of 2017. Throughout her Personal Training sessions we've been unable to do any upper body exercises and she was waiting for a operation but this didn't stop or prevent her from working hard or giving up.
It's the easiest thing we all do is to give up when we get hit with set backs, but this story shows what can happen when you dig your heels in and use that set back as motivation to work hard and not give up.
